Coverage: Flowing cape sleeves provide upper-arm coverage; full-length formal silhouette

Production time
Please allow 7–14 days for production and preparation before dispatch.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is $20 for orders under $129. Orders of $129 or more receive free standard shipping.
Delivery after dispatch
After dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 7–14 days. Please plan for approximately 14–28 days from order placement to delivery.
Rush shipping
Rush shipping is available for an additional $20 per garment where available. Please contact us before or immediately after ordering so we can confirm availability and the expedited shipping arrangement for your order.
Event-date orders
For weddings and other date-specific events, we recommend ordering with additional time for fitting or local alterations.
Lost parcels
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within the after-sales window. Confirmed lost parcels qualify for a full refund under our Returns & Refunds policy.
We want every order to arrive as ordered and in good condition. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you need after-sales support.
Full refunds
We will issue a full refund when an order is confirmed lost in transit, when we send the wrong item, when the item received is used or pre-worn, or when the item arrives damaged.
If we send a size or color different from what you ordered, this is treated as a wrong-item issue and is eligible for a full refund.
Size or color does not suit you
If you received the size and color you ordered but the fit or color is not suitable for you, we may offer a partial refund of 30%–50% of the item price. You do not need to return the item. The exact refund amount will be confirmed by email based on the individual case.
14-day support window
Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for refund support.

Coverage is designed intentionally: cape sleeves, lace sleeves, flutter sleeves and structured shoulders are used to shape the silhouette rather than hide it.
FIT NOTE
Choose color in the context of the wedding palette. Coordinate with the bridal party; do not simply duplicate it.
