Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, or orders that cannot be produced as requested. If an order is changed or cancelled by us, we may contact you using the information supplied with the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, contact, and custom-size information where applicable.

Pricing and information

Prices, product descriptions, promotions, shipping charges, transit estimates, and availability may be corrected if an error is discovered. We may cancel or adjust an affected order and notify you when appropriate.

Custom-size orders

When Custom Size is selected, production is based on the measurements submitted by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking that measurements and units are entered accurately before completing the order.

Shipping and returns
